Alumni Ecard Fastrack Form – Extended Support for Returning Alumni
During Graduation Week, we expect a high number of alumni returning to campus who may not yet have an Alumni eCard for access. To support this, the Ecard Fastrack Form will be available from March 25 to April 18.
If you're an alumnus who has followed the process to create an eCard yet encounters issues, simply fill out the form with your details. We will validate your alumni status and issue you a QR code eCard as soon as possible.
This temporary process helps ensure smoother campus access as we welcome alumni back.

Note for Photo upload
For a smooth check-in process, please upload a clear and recent photo of yourself. The best option is a well-lit selfie where your face is fully visible. Avoid low lighting, heavy filters, or group photos.
🔹 Most important: Ensure that security staff can easily recognize you from your photo when verifying your access.
